API - INVENTORY_POSITION_INDEX

New reporting dimension: INVENTORY_POSITION_INDEX

Added a new INVENTORY_POSITION_INDEX dimension to the Reporting API. It provides a granular breakdown of preroll ad inventory by slot order within the preroll sequence, going beyond the existing INVENTORY_POSITION dimension.

Possible values:

• preroll1 — 1st preroll of the sequence
• preroll2 — 2nd preroll, only present when a double preroll is served
• others — all other inventory positions (midroll, postroll, overlay)

Note: This dimension is only available for sellable inventory and returns null for non-monetizable opportunities.
